What you’re buying

A one-time US$19 digital unlock of the full directory information for your account. Access is delivered immediately after payment.

Refunds

Because the information is delivered instantly, purchases are generally final. But if something is wrong — you were charged and the unlock didn’t apply, you were charged twice, or the library isn’t what we described — email us within 14 days of the purchase and we will fix it or refund you.

How to ask

Email ray5197@foxmail.com from the address on your account, with the date of purchase. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments; timing depends on your bank.

What a refund doesn’t cover

We can’t refund because a directory declined, delayed or didn’t index your site — that is outside our control and not something we promise.
