Terms of Service

The service

devquiver is a workspace for tracking backlink submissions, plus a library of directory information (submit links, paywall and login notes, badge rules, pricing). “We” means devquiver.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Don’t share it to get around the limits below.

Information, not guarantees

Directory information comes from our own testing and from user reports, and directories change without notice. We don’t guarantee it is complete or current, that any directory will accept or index your site, or any change in search ranking or traffic. Follow each directory’s own rules and don’t use devquiver to spam.

Free plan and the paid unlock

The free plan includes the workspace and full details for 10 directories each day (the same set for everyone, refreshed daily), plus every directory you have submitted to. A one-time payment of US$19 unlocks the full details of every directory in the library for your account. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record. We never see your card details. We may change the price for future purchases; it won’t affect an unlock you already bought.

Acceptable use

Don’t scrape the library in bulk, resell it, or abuse the API or MCP endpoints. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that do.

Your content

Your sites, pages, notes, submission records and imported directories are private to you. If you send a report about a directory, we may use it to correct the public information.

Availability and changes

We may change or discontinue features, and update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
